Trust and safety rules
- Contract is a draft only; it explicitly states it is not legal advice.
- Rationale levers ("Levier — ...") are internal notes hidden from print output.
- Contract references are stable and unguessable.
- Staff-only access; no public endpoint exposes contract data.
Interaction rules
